Delivery + Returns
Delivery
Each piece is made in small batches in my workshop on The Wirral. Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days, and delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. If anything arrives damaged, email me a photo as soon as you can and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email me to let me know, then return the item unused and in its original packaging within a further 14 days.
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Please use a tracked service, as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches me.
Refunds
Once the item is back with me, I’ll refund the full price and the standard delivery cost to your original payment method within 14 days.
If an item has been used or damaged, I may reduce the refund to reflect this.
Made-to-order pieces
Commissions and pieces made to your own specification can’t be returned for a change of mind, as they’re made just for you.
This doesn’t affect your statutory rights: if anything you buy is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
